About Me
For 12 years I studied and worked in the fields of Web/Print Design and Photography. Two years ago, I decided to leave the professional world of commercial art and reclaim my artistic passion in the world of fine arts. When I started school my plan was to study in painting/drawing and writing. In the process of taking various classes, I fell in love with Sculpture. Now I am well on my way, learning many new things in a field I enjoy, as a sculpture student at the University of Utah.
Life outside the box: I enjoy traveling (see my travel blog) reading, writing, and creating (not quite in that order). Whether I am working on my next sculpture, planning a trip, blogging, hanging out with family and friends, or hiking up a mountain (usually with camera in tote), I seek to live the experience.
