iSpeed offers customers a unique service of reliable, consistent and speedy Internet service through the use of high frequency radio signals. This means no waiting for the laying of cable infrastructure in older areas or where roads have only recently been paved. We have brought fiber optic line to our location and are broadcasting from our transmitters to your home. Our service has fewer customers per megabyte and it is our pledge to maintain that ratio with the addition of more lines as the need grows. Our competitors often have upwards of 1500 customers on lines that we intend to keep below 600. This means better access and faster upload/download times for iSpeed users.

In the past, a T1 line has been used for residential Internet service. T3 lines were reserved mainly for business applications, because of the initial expense in acquiring the fiber optic connection. We are providing a T3 connection for all iSpeed users through fiber optics, at our hub, offering you speeds you are used to at your office with no extra cost. If you have a gamer, do video conferencing, need real time connection, or just want fast Internet, this is definately for you.

Our professionally trained installers will set up your rooftop receiver that will be hardwired to your interior router through your ethernet (routers not provided). The receiver will be installed by our certified technicians and may either be purchased outright ($150) or leased month to month ($10/month). The signal is protected by up-to-date WPA2 security and top quality firewall coverage, we will help you set up service protection at the time of installation, and our customer and technical advisers will be able to assist you by phone from 7am to 9pm. About Max Crapo

CEO/CIO
This limited liability company is founded and headed by Max Crapo. He has worked in the information technology business for 20 years, and has a Master’s degree in Information System Management. Mr. Crapo has formerly worked for companies designing and building data centers, including First Security Bank and Exp@Nets. With his Bachelor’s degree in Computer technology and Electronics, he has knowledge and skills from the ground up in many systems and equipment. In addition to his industry experience, Mr. Crapo has been running his own company, Zipnets, since 1997. This is a company that provides network consulting and network management to small businesses and also runs a Hi-Speed wireless network which has reached its limit of customers on the current equipment.
